• Custom analytics solutions

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent our software
• Not share access credentials with unauthorised parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for your business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, structpovexum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We provide our analytics services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless structpovexum, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will be discontinued
• We will provide you with an export of your data upon request
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
